For my family tree, I started with my parents and worked backwards through the generations until I came to a dead end. Then I worked outwards through their siblings to include cousins. For me, the family tree is about the living and so it continues to grow as our families do.
Thanks to the generous efforts of my Aunt Mary Whelan of Brudenell and Aunt Grace Merchand of Eganville. My special thanks to Bernadete Burbage of Brudenell who is an excellent, diligent and accurate source of the history of the area.
To protect your privacy, the family tree itself is secured by a user id and password. To gain access, just e-mail me [email protected]
You can help by providing your own photos, stories, audio and video. Please e-mail me if you see anything in error or have suggestions.
I currently maintain the family tree on RootsMagic for Windows but I like Reunion for the Mac better. The easiest way to share family tree information is through these programs or a GEDCOM file. If you aren’t familiar with these, you can still help out.
Submit Photos describes how to name photos for addition to the family tree. I’ll add stories that you e-mail me and I can include video and audio in it as well.
